Born in 1960 and raised in Flensburg in the very north of Germany, I went to Würzburg after school. There, I became a technician and worked in research in various labs till 1990.
1990 and 1992 our two sons were born.
In 1990, my husband got the opportunity to work in the United States. We stayed in Poughkeepsie, NY from 1990 – 1997.
Then we moved to the Dresden area. I fell in love with the city.
Since 2003, I work as a free-lance guide.
Since 2010, I also work as a Tour Leader. Mostly, I accompany Saxon groups into other European countries or abroad.
